Girls are 6 times less likely than boys to become leaders. With the help of our Lady General Ambassadors, comprised of highly accomplished female leaders (including CEOs and CFOs) we aim to reduce this number by delivering motivating and valuable knowledge, experience, and tools that allow girls to be confident and fearless in their pursuit to leadership.
The Lady General Camp offers various programs with curriculums tailored to enhance the leadership abilities of girls ages 9-17. This year’s camp will be held as a day camp over two days exploring 13 core competency courses to help girls become confident and fearless leaders.
The courses are strategically designed to encourage GREATNESS above average and EXEMPLARY over acceptable. Each course strategically embodies the importance of “Passing the Baton.”
In addition to the core competencies, the Generals in training will enjoy a number of outdoor activities that promote wellness, fitness, character building, and team building.
The Lady General Camp has 20 committed female professionals from industries across the board that will provide instruction, mentorship, and comradeship for the Generals in training. These Lady General Ambassadors come from politics, law, military, entrepreneurship, media, technology, and finance.
